  Signed RELEASE APK for monocles chat 2.3.1, using WebRTC M152 and upstream master c1cab2e3256fd34dbd30fb9f59edb6c1406c16bd (including Experimental9-v2.3.1).

  • Includes upstream fixes for Android gallery/file-manager sharing, MUC archive sender validation and encrypted message retractions.
  • Our M152 one-to-one calls and MUJI implementation are preserved. RRTR remains optional for direct calls; new local MUJI conferences omit it.
  • The upstream I2P fix is included: outgoing file transfers over I2P do not select the unsupported WebRTC data-channel route. It does not change audio/video or MUJI.
  • 143 call, codec, MUJI and message-correction JVM tests passed in 11 suites on this source tree.
  • Release signing, all four native ABIs, Android API levels, native library hashes, JNI bindings and R8 checks passed on this APK.
  • Existing WebRTC M152 and libsignal native libraries were reused.
  • Android device calls and I2P transfers have not been tested. This is a prerelease; its APK build type is RELEASE.

  Install monocles-chat-2.3.1-m152-muji.apk. It updates our separate de.monocles.chat.dinox app with the same signing key. Android 6.0 or newer; universal APK for arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86 and x86_64.
